Registered Nurse Full Time - Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

Staff Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory provides highly professional and technical nursing care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. Uses the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and collaborates with team members to ensure patient-centered care. Directs and supervises other assigned staff, maintains accurate and timely communication, administers medications and IVs safely, and contributes to a collaborative environment while pursuing professional growth. BSN preferred; Texas RN licensure and BLS required; 12 months RN experience or Nurse Residency Program completion. The role emphasizes adherence to hospital standards, patient safety, and ongoing quality improvements in a cardiac care environment.
