Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health unit responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Mercy Service Standards. Unit opening with up to 10 adult beds; sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure)
- Graduate of a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/OCN/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E. etc. based on unit requirements as applicable
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking; ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of duties
