Registered Nurse Full-Time

Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM for a Home Health Care role. Responsibilities include providing visits as assigned by the Clinical Services Manager, performing the nursing process steps (assessment, eligibility determination, admissions processing, planning, implementation, evaluation), collecting data from the patient and family across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors, coordinating interventions with the interdisciplinary team, initiating communication with the attending physician, performing therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures, conducting clinical pronouncement of death when applicable, and maintaining accurate patient records and care plans.
