Registered Nurse - Full Time - 7p to 7a

Assess patient conditions, document findings, and develop nursing plans of care while collaborating with the medical team to monitor and modify treatment based on patient status. Perform basic nursing skills and treatments, conduct regular rounds to evaluate symptoms and reactions, and prepare necessary equipment for examinations. Educate patients and families on treatments and procedures, assist in labor and delivery, and facilitate discharge planning. Maintain accurate records, participate in performance improvement studies, and mentor student nurses and ancillary personnel. Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to professional standards throughout the shift.
