Job Summary
Administer and dispense medication as prescribed, conduct patient assessments, and manage intake and admissions processes. Collect laboratory specimens including phlebotomy, review lab results, and document patient responses and condition changes. Provide counseling on prenatal care, nutrition, and hygiene while reporting clinical changes to the supervisor. Maintain comprehensive record keeping and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Work 35 hours weekly from 5:00am to 1:00pm with no on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current active license in the State of Connecticut as a Registered Nurse
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with patients within the scope of this rehabilitation program
Desired Qualifications
- BSN license
- Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN)
- Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing credentialing
- Adult CPR/AED certification
