Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered oncology nursing care as a Registered Nurse (FT, Nights). Collaborate with the care team to assess patients on admission and each shift, perform procedures, administer prescribed medications, document care promptly, and respond to patient needs. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring understanding. Uphold nursing standards and advocate for patients to support positive clinical outcomes.
