Registered Nurse - FT - Nights - Neurology

Registered Nurse on A6 West Neurology at Mission Hospital providing leadership in the delivery of professional nursing care. Uses the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient and family care. Works on a 36-bed med-surg neuro-tele unit focused on stroke care and epilepsy monitoring in the exclusive Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), including tests such as tilt table testing and sleep deprivation to tailor treatment plans. Requires BSN (or enrollment with BSN to be obtained within 5 years) and NC RN licensure (eNLC may apply) plus BLS; one year of hospital nursing experience preferred. The unit supports career development toward roles such as ICU, Nurse Practitioner, or CRNA within Mission Health entities; located in Asheville, NC.
