Job Summary
Registered Nurse on a full-time Night shift in the Medical Surgical Orthopaedic Unit. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; developing and implementing individualized care plans; administering medications and treatments per physician orders; educating patients and families; coordinating with medical staff to optimize patient care; maintaining accurate documentation; ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance; providing emotional support; supervising care provided by the healthcare team; and participating in professional development and performance improvement activities. Requires an RN license, BLS certification, and an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred); 1+ year acute care experience is preferred.
