Job Summary
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process; develops nursing care plans in collaboration with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff; communicates changes in patient condition with physicians and nursing leaders; participates in discharge planning; qualifications include active RN license and BLS certification; inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred; strong communication, organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills applicable to a collaborative healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
