Registered Nurse - FT - Nights- CVICU

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients in the CVICU, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age/developmentally appropriate care per unit standards. Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and maintain accountability for performance. Always seek ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Requires a BSN, 12 months of RN experience, and current Texas licensure. Work 36 hours in the nights shift at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital and Level I Trauma Center.
