Registered Nurse - FT - Nights - Critical Care - Resource Float Pool

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly, build relationships to foster collaboration, and remain accountable for performance. Always seek ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Work 7p-7a shifts, three days per week.
