Registered Nurse - FT - Days - Neuro/Pulmonary

Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other assigned team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly and openly to build relationships that promote a collaborative environment, always looking for ways to improve the patient experience. Take initiative for professional growth and remain accountable for performance within the 12X3 Day rotating schedule from 7pm to 7am.
