Registered Nurse - FT Days

Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care for patients, including administering medications, changing dressings, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Maintains patient records, communicates with the healthcare team, and participates in developing and revising the plan of care. Supervises CNAs and LPNs as needed; adheres to infection control practices and safety standards; ensures accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active Oklahoma RN license, with BLS and ACLS upon hire. Two years of clinical experience preferred. This role is designated as safety sensitive within Avem Health Partners and is located at Stroud Hospital, Stroud, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current RN license issued by the State of Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Current ACLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.
