Job Summary
Provide nursing supervision for the planning and delivery of care to patients, directing and evaluating work by other licensed nurses and personnel. Assess patient needs, plan, implement, and document care provided by nursing staff while managing both direct nursing care and supervised care activities. Maintain current state licensure, BLS certification, and proficiency with medical equipment including ventilators, IV pumps, and crash carts. Long-term acute care and critical care experience is preferred, along with PICC Line Insertion or specialty certifications. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong English communication abilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- BLS certification

- Long term acute care and rehabilitation experience
- Critical Care experience
- PICC Line Insertion Certification
- Specialty Certification
