Registered Nurse Freestanding ER

Assess, implement, and coordinate individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and urgent conditions while monitoring and communicating changes in patient condition promptly. Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and efficiently, prioritizing patient safety and clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate care across physicians, EMS, specialists, and support teams to promote efficient patient flow and seamless transitions throughout the emergency visit. Support discharge planning and patient education to promote recovery, reinforce follow-up care, and reduce unnecessary return visits. Requires Florida RN licensure, Advanced Life Support, BLS, and PALS certification with a minimum of two years of Emergency Department experience.
