Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Freestanding ED, assessing pain regularly and performing procedures as ordered by medical providers. Document care administration thoroughly and promptly, while responding proactively to patient requests and anticipating needs. Teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes to support self-management. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and PALS within 30 days of employment. This full-time night position is located on Flank Road at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, a 130-bed HCA Virginia hospital serving the Fredericksburg area.
