Registered Nurse for Home Care Agency

RN with an active license provides medications and nursing procedures, trains caregiving staff on delegated RN care, develops and implements individualized care plans, monitors and documents patient condition, and completes client assessments and required reports. Requires strong verbal and written communication, independent work capability, and flexibility for scheduling; clinical skills include documentation of care, medication administration, infection control, patient education needs assessment, vital signs, and care coordination in geriatric Home Care settings.
