Job Summary
Registered Nurse Supervisor in a long-term care facility. Oversee nursing staff (including CNAs), administer and record medications and treatments, monitor residents’ vital signs and overall condition, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure high-quality resident care. Requires strong leadership, clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, and a compassionate approach to elderly care. Required Qualifications
