Job Summary
Registered Nurse Float for Women's Health, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, and Adult Medicine tasked with delivering high-quality care across multiple service lines. Responsibilities include administering immunizations/treatments, performing diagnostic tests such as EKGs and Holter monitors, conducting CLIA-waived testing, documenting in the Electronic Health Record, and providing patient and family education. Must be a compassionate listener, able to handle emergencies, and organized to manage inventory and referrals. Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Schedule includes Monday–Friday 40 hours with occasional Saturday rotation. Location: New Bedford, MA. License or certification as required by MA and BLS AED certification. Salary range approximately $34.69–$48.25 per hour equivalent to $72,155–$100,360 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Current MA RN license or completion of a formal education program in practical nursing
- Current state licensure/BLS Certified (with AED)
- 1-3 years experience performed in a physician's office or community health setting
- Minimum one year MED/SURG experience desirable
