Registered Nurse - Float

Registered Nurse Float provides professional nursing per established standards, assists physicians and staff with daily coordination of patient care and patient access, coordinates patient flow and schedules procedures, tests and referrals, may serve as preceptor for clinical staff, and may lead others within the scope of practice. Works under minimal supervision with a reliance on experience and judgment; creativity is expected to perform the job.
