Job Summary
RN provides direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting per established policies and protocols. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to develop and implement the care plan, coordinating with patient, family, and interprofessional team, educating patients and families, mentoring nursing colleagues, and ensuring culturally sensitive, ethical, and high-quality care. Requires RN licensure and BLS; experience in critical care, emergency, or labor/delivery strongly preferred. Night shift 7:00 pm–7:30 am with every third weekend and a holiday rotation; 36-hour scheduled weekly hours; float nurse across departments within Wisconsin locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year registered nurse experience (Ministry Float) or two years' registered nurse experience (Regional Float)

- State of Work Location: Missouri Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) And Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- State of Work Location: Oklahoma Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) And Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State Or Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
- State of Work Location: Wisconsin Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) And Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State Or Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
- Nursing license for multiple states (IL, MO, OK, WI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
