Registered Nurse Float Specialty

Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Primarily float to one or more specialty units as defined by the market. Implement and monitor patient care plans while recording and communicating patient conditions. Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient care needs with members of the healthcare team. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; Texas RN licensure required prior to hire. 1+ years of Registered Nursing experience preferred.
