REGISTERED NURSE-FLOAT POOL, Rehab/Behavioral Health, Per Diem

Conduct bedside report using IMAP & SBAR, provide direct patient care, and perform head-to-toe assessments for acute rehabilitation and behavioral health patients. Evaluate outcomes, consult with specialists, and adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care while managing pain and responding quickly to clinical changes. Communicate with physicians regarding patient conditions and perform general nursing duties across departments under supervision. Float to Med/Surg/Tele units as needed. This per diem role supports a multidisciplinary team at Northwest Specialty Hospital, an extension of Northern Nevada Medical Center, offering expanded services for stroke, brain injury, and adult behavioral health needs.
