Registered Nurse, Float Pool, Per diem at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA. Responsible for planning, delivery and management of direct patient care using the Nursing Process from admission to discharge, including patient assessment, discharge planning, coordination of care, and documentation. Responsibilities include directing and evaluating nursing care, delegating to others as appropriate, administering medications and therapies, supporting Nursing Governance, pursuing professional growth, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requires current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration; BLS is required for all RNs, with ACLS/PALS/NRP credentials required in select areas within specified timelines.
