REGISTERED NURSE, Float Pool, Per Diem Nights

Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing processes to ensure optimal care across all departments. Perform head-to-toe assessments for pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations while utilizing triage to assign accurate categories. Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions, communicate clinical updates to physicians, and manage pain using appropriate techniques and education. Float to all units as needed and participate in performance improvement activities. Requires current NV nursing license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification, with at least two years in critical care or emergency settings.
