REGISTERED NURSE, Float Pool, Per Diem Nights

Provide direct patient care, conduct head-to-toe assessments, and utilize triage processes to ensure timely and appropriate care across all departments. Adjust nursing care processes as indicated to optimize outcomes, communicate with physicians regarding clinical changes, and respond quickly to patient condition shifts. Perform pain assessments and educate patients and families on management techniques while participating in performance improvement and CQI activities. Must be willing to float to all units with adequate supervision.
