Job Summary
The Registered Nurse leads nursing care within Novant Health's Float Pool, delivering direct patient care and coordinating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing, collaborates with physicians and colleagues, and upholds safety and quality standards. The role requires active RN licensure, a nursing graduate from an accredited program, and may prefer at least one year of relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- High School Diploma or GED, required
