Assess, diagnose, and implement patient-centered care plans for critical care patients using established NYU Langone Health standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate initial care plans, evaluate patient progress, and anticipate adverse outcomes. Systematically collect healthcare data, differentiate professional nursing practice from delegable tasks, and participate in unit practice councils and quality improvement programs. Educate patients and families regarding health adjustments while engaging in self-assessment to maintain clinical competence and evidence-based practice skills.
