REGISTERED NURSE, FLOAT POOL, MED TELE/SURG, Per Diem Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care, communicate with physicians about clinical changes, and respond quickly to condition shifts. Perform head-to-toe assessments across pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations, utilizing triage processes to ensure timely care. Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identify dysrhythmias, and treat appropriately based on ACLS protocol. Conduct bedside reports using IMAP and SBAR while adjusting nursing care processes to ensure optimal outcomes. Float to all units as needed. Requires current NV nursing license, BLS, and ACLS certification, plus two years of acute care experience.
