REGISTERED NURSE, FLOAT POOL, MED TELE/SURG, Per Diem Nights

Conduct bedside report using IMAP & SBAR, provide direct and indirect patient care, and perform head-to-toe assessments for pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations. Utilize triage processes to assign categories and communicate with physicians regarding clinical condition changes. Identify dysrhythmias on cardiac monitoring and treat appropriately based on ACLS protocols. Adjust nursing care processes and consult with specialists as required to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate supportive behaviors and respond quickly to patient condition changes. Must be willing to float to all units with adequate supervision.
