Job Summary
Provide patient care for acutely ill patients across various units as determined by the Float Pool agreement. Deliver therapeutic and administrative services under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director. Support a diverse patient population in a Level II Trauma Center with 380+ licensed beds. Collaborate across multiple modalities and healthcare professionals. Work three 12-hour shifts plus rotating weekends from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Maintain an active RN license with BLS and ACLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing with either an AND or BSN degree
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
- BLS required upon hire
- ACLS required within 2 months of hire
- 2 years acute care experience
- Schedule: 3 12-hr shifts plus rotating weekends; 7p-7a
