Registered Nurse Float Pool

Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment plans for assigned patients across various nursing departments. Maintain accountability for patient care, respond to Code Blue situations, and manage efficient patient flow including screening, preparation, and admissions. Administer medications per physician orders, instruct patients and families on treatment, review medical records, and check rooms for supplies. Respond to incoming telephone calls and triage as needed. Full-time night rotating weekends shift with up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days; Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days. Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate degree required with at least two years of acute care RN experience.
