Registered Nurse Float Pool

Provide float pool RN coverage primarily to the Emergency Room with the ability to float to other acute care units; perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, document in the electronic medical record, and ensure safety and infection prevention guidelines; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely, high-quality patient care; participate in patient and family education and support smooth transitions of care; opportunity for professional growth and development across multiple hospital departments.
