Job Summary
Float nurse position responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process across Med Surg Units or ICUs, depending on experience. Serves as patient advocate and ensures a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. Requires RN licensure in Indiana, CPR certification within 60 days, and 3+ years of bedside Med Surg or ICU nursing experience. Full-time,12-hour night shift with a float pool assignment and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- RN Indiana License
- CPR certification on hire or within 60 days
- 3+ years of Bedside Nursing experience in Med Surg Units or ICU's
