Job Summary
Provide and monitor patient care in the NICU Float Pool, coordinating multidisciplinary care, applying physician and nursing orders, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. Maintain clinical competencies including neonatal resuscitation and S.T.A.B.L.E. program requirements, and demonstrate strong collaboration and care coordination for NICU patients.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month of hire date
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 6 Months of hire date
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification within 6 Months of hire
- Tennessee RN license or compact state recognition
- Diploma from accredited school/college of nursing or current professional licensure at time of hire
