Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for patients across Critical Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, Emergency Dept, and BHU units on a per shift basis. Provide direct patient care under unit manager direction while supervising staff as delegated. Support the Chief Nursing Officer by ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care, maintaining clinical staff competency, and managing resources effectively. Requires a Maryland RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of experience. Supplemental pay rates apply based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Basic professional knowledge
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- BLS & ACLS Required - Critical Care/Telemetry
- BLS Required - BHU/OR/Acute Care
- ACLS & PALS Required - ED
- willing to work in all areas of a designated patient care grouping
