Registered Nurse - Float

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients under unit manager direction. Supervise staff with delegated care responsibilities and support the Clinical Nurse Officer to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management. Rotate through designated patient care groupings including Critical Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, Emergency Department, BHU, OR, and other areas as assigned. Maintain competency of clinical staff and manage resources related to patient care. Requires Maryland Registered Nurse License, 1–3 years experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
