Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical patient care under the direction of the unit manager. Supervise staff and support the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management. Work within the float pool across designated patient care groupings including Critical Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, Emergency Department, BHU, OR, and other areas as assigned. Requires a Maryland Registered Nurse License, 1-3 years experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Full-time day shift with weekend commitment. Required Qualifications
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Specialty certification preferred
- BLS & ACLS Required - Critical Care/Telemetry
- BLS Required - BHU/OR/Acute Care
- ACLS & PALS Required - ED
- Full-time w/Weekend Commitment
- Day shift - 7:00am-7:30pm
- work in all areas of a designated patient care grouping
