Job Summary
Registered Nurse Float ICU in Nashville, TN for the ICU Float Pool. Implements and monitors patient care plans, coordinates care across disciplines, carries out physician and nursing orders, and assesses patient care needs with the healthcare team. Requires TN nursing licensure, BLS renewal within 30 days, and ACLS/ALS as applicable prior to hire. Prior ICU experience preferred; works night shifts as a PRN/floating role across ICU units.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
- ICU Experience Required
