Registered Nurse Float – Critical Care

Float Registered Nurse in Critical Care with neuro focus responsible for ongoing assessment, plan of care development, and coordination with healthcare team; provides supervision of non-RN personnel, serves as preceptor and charge nurse, and may work on other nursing units as needed. Requires CT RN license, BSN preferred, and 1 year of acute nursing experience; strong emphasis on neuro assessment, airway management, and use of ventilators and tracheostomies; supports patient education and adherence to organizational values.
