Job Summary
Collect and analyze patient data to develop individualized care plans, coordinating delivery and evaluating progress toward outcomes for acutely ill patients. Direct care by determining appropriate utilization of assistants and collaborate with physicians, families, and ancillary staff to create documented plans focused on specific decisions. Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects while utilizing research findings to guide practice decisions. Evaluate and document patient responses to nursing interventions, properly individualizing the plan of care based on findings. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Illinois RN license, and ACLS certification, with full-time days scheduling across West Region hospitals. Experience in acute critical care is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
- CPR - Basic Life Support
