Job Summary
Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient outcomes. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time while acting as the vital link between patients and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Advocate for the patient's journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans to ensure a safe transition from hospital to home. Requires BLS certification within 30 days of hire, prior RN licensure, and a minimum of one year in acute care ICU or ED. Night-shift full-time rotation at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
- Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience on ICU or ED
