Job Summary
Implement comprehensive care plans, monitor patient conditions, and document physician orders while coordinating clinical disciplines to ensure seamless patient journeys. Conduct thorough physical, emotional, and spiritual assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet all patient needs. Serve as the central coordinator guiding all clinical disciplines for efficient care delivery. Work PRN nights at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This role supports Ascension's mission of reimagining healthcare through service and connection within a supportive, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted (for BLS)
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
