Registered Nurse - Flexible schedule (Pediatric)

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care per the prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) for pediatric patients, including monitoring progress, administering medications (including insulin) and IV fluids, wound and dressing care, and hygiene support. Assess patient conditions, document vital signs and changes, report updates, and collaborate with providers, aides, and other health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (AAS) and a current unrestricted RN license in the employment state; reliable transportation to care sites. Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required
- Licensure: Current unrestricted RN license in the state of employment
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
