Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's plan of care and nursing scope, including vitals assessment, wound care, medication administration (insulin, IV fluids), and documentation; collaborate with providers and care team to ensure patient outcomes; flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN; requires Associate degree in Nursing and RN licensure; valid driver's license and reliable transportation to care sites; in-home care setting in Morgantown/Hedgesville, WV area.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of employment
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Nursing clinical skills including wound care, IV/fluids administration, insulin administration
- 1:1 patient care and home health nursing experience preferred
- Voice of patient care and nursing scope of practice adherence
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
