Registered Nurse - Flexible schedule

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice while closely monitoring progress. Assess and document patient conditions and report changes; administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids; inspect and care for wounds and assist with personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers and care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive vitals documentation and care assessments, and ensure thorough charting. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing and active RN license; CPR/BLS/First Aid certification; reliable transportation. Trach/vent experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred but not required
