Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for injuries or bedsores. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing or AAS and a current unrestricted RN license. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with daily pay and no overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
