Job Summary
Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients across Med Surg units and Inpatient Rehab at Parkview Randallia, adhering to physician orders, hospital policies, and the ANA Code of Ethics. Patient acuity levels vary during float assignments. Qualified candidates must hold a current Indiana RN license, a Diploma, ASN, or BSN, and possess CPR certification. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds. This position includes a $5.00 premium pay rate, shift differentials, and eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include student loan repayment up to $30,000, tuition assistance, and the eXceed nursing recognition program.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
