Registered Nurse - Flex

Provide professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility policies; direct and manage the care of designated patients; utilize effective communication with patients, families, and the interprofessional team; coordinate and provide patient and family education throughout treatment to facilitate an effective transition of care; participate in quality and safety initiatives and utilize technology to optimize care delivery; mentor and precept new colleagues and interns as part of team development; demonstrate leadership and collaboration to support unit and hospital goals.
