Job Summary
Delivers intraoperative patient care as the first assistant to surgeons during procedures in the operating room. Pre-operatively performs focused nursing assessments, analyzes data to determine diagnoses, and communicates desired outcomes throughout the perioperative continuum. Monitors patient responses, administers medications, and manages individual plans of care while collaborating with the surgical team and patient-designated support persons. Requires RN license, 2-5 years experience, and preferred CNOR certification; FT days with call arrival by 40 minutes.
